We are looking for dedicated and professional support to join our Regional Processes & Operations team in the Purchasing department in Vienna. An internship at Henkel CEE gives you a chance to gain practical experience accross the entire activities from sourcing to payment.

What we offer

  • A fulltime internship for a period of 6 months, starting asap
  • Support the set-up of new global standards to improve and optimize strategic purchasing activities
  • Manage projects for continuous process & efficiency improvements within the entire source-to-pay workflow
  • Support the local and regional roll out of global projects
  • Support the requesting departments by analyzing the requirements, market conditions and value chains for indirect materials
  • Prepare and join local tenders in collaboration with global category team members, business units and other functions
  • Purchasing/finance contact person for local and regional business

Gross salary according to type of internship min. € 1,090.00 per month.

Who we are looking for

  • Students of business administration or other relevant field
  • Experience in project implementation and organizational changes
  • Fluent English language skills
  • SAP knowledge
  • Accounting or tax knowledge and negotiation skills
  • Experience in manufacturing environment
  • Drive and willingness to achieve, with a proactive work attitude
