Your tasks:

  • Ongoing analyzes of trends on retail markets and Henkel development at Tesco
  • Close cooperation with Tesco´s regional category buyers and local country teams to develop and assure the implementation of our Joint Business Plan
  • Preparation and conduction of annual and operational negotiations for Tesco after identifying opportunities for profitable growth
  • Track monthly KPIs incl. turnover targets together with local KAMs and develop action plans in case of deviations

Who we are looking for

  • Master degree in business administration/ economics ideally with Sales/Marketing focus
  • Min 4-5 years Sales experience (preferably in a FMCG environment)
  • Willingness and commitment to go on job rotation in CEE
  • Excellent English language skills, additional German, CEE language advantageous
  • Good analytical thinking abilities and initiative
  • Sociability and team orientation
  • Drive and determination to achieve
