As a member of the European Sales Team you will manage existing accounts in Central Europe and drive the future growth of the adhesive business in the engineered wood industry. 


  • Manage new sales projects in the Engineered Wood industry for CLT and glulam production lines
  • Maintain smooth operations of the existing business
  • Assure that KPI´s as volume growth, turnover and profitability are achieved for the respective region
  • Business development for AT, CZ, SK, SLO in terms of developing new customers, applications and introducing new products


  • Technical Degree - preferable Bachelor in Wood engineering or compareable qualification 
  • Min. 5 years of professional experience in technical sales, ideally related to wood industry, construction or machinery supply (OEM)
  • High willingness to travel (travel >75 % of working time)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills & a strong network in the wood industry
  • Fluent German and English, any other central European language (e.g. Czech) is a plus
  • MS Office, Skype and CRM tool skills (e.g. SAP Sales Cloud)
