What is the most important experience you will take away from your internship at Henkel?
One of the most valuable things that I experience at Henkel is the steady way forward. I feel that the culture allows you to choose your own rhythm and increase your level of responsibility over time when you are ready for it. In other words, there is no overwhelming feeling of being left in the dark and not knowing what to do, and at the same time there is no feeling of standing still at one place. Going forward is a flow and it happens naturally and intentionally, and you have full control of this process.

What do you enjoy most about working at Henkel?
At Henkel I have always felt that my efforts are being appreciated and this motivates me to always strive for better results. I think this is very important for my personal and professional development and it builds me into a quality young professional.

Describe Henkel in three terms
Structure, Striving, Opportunity

Do you see Henkel as a future employer and why?
I definitely do see Henkel as a potential future employer. I appreciate a lot the culture of the company, which is open and inclusive, as well as the cooperation between different business functions. I also like that there is a clear structure, which is followed, but also people are open to look for new tools and innovative approaches to achieve better working processes. I see that the company gives you the opportunity to grow within it and really looks after its talents, which I find very important for every young professional looking for a strong start of their career path.

What is unique about working at Henkel?
What I find unique in my internship at Henkel, is the great intern society within the company. We make sure that nobody feels excluded for daily lunches or outside of work activities. It is easy to network with both other interns and other colleagues and there is always something going on. At Henkel you can easily combine work and making some quality friendships, and I find this essential for creating this so important nowadays – work-life balance.
