The Strategic Procurement Associate Program: a 24-month accelerated leadership journey built for ambitious early-career professionals who want more than a training rotation. Over 24 months, you'll rotate through the heart of Strategic Procurement and Category Management, building a skill set most people take years to develop:

• Own real projects — lead initiatives that deliver measurable value across our global business, not just support them
• Work cross-functionally — partner daily with Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, R&D, and Commercial teams
• Master the craft — build deep expertise in supplier management, sourcing strategy, market analysis, and cost optimization
